Description

1. Shaft-less Unwind & Rewind :

  • AC Asynchronous Motors and Drive

  • Precise control of set tension throughout the operation

  • Dancer unit, or Load-cell with Dia sensor, for precise tension feedback

3. Lamination Unit :

  • Comprising a chrome-plated steel roll, a rider roll, coated with hard rubber supported by a steel roller thus providing double supported nipping

  • Chrome-plated steel back-up roller, pneumatically drive

  • Laminator roll motor is precisely in sync with the applicator roll motor, through loadcells

5. Adhesive Metering System :

  • Precision CNC machining and advanced engineering of rollers

  • Adhesive applicator comprises Metering roller, Transfer roller, Applicator roller, and Pressure roller for accurate and uniform coating across the width

  • Easy for operator to set and modify quantity of adhesive

2. Thermo Regulation System :

  • We provide 3 nos each for Metering, Coating, and Laminating unit.

4. Automation & Drive :

  • SMART design incorporated-HMI and PLC Control system

  • Asynchronous Servo motors driven by the versatile Drives

  • Common DC Bus system for greater energy efficiency and smooth power transfer

  • Colour touch screen with graphical user interface

  • Parameter setting recipes can be stored

  • As the printing material passes through the machine, the ink needs to dry quickly. Dryers (often using heat or air) are positioned along the path to evaporate the solvents and set the ink.

Material Handled :

  • Flexible Films: Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET), nylon, and other plastic films used as substrates in flexible packaging.

  •  Aluminum Foils: Thin metal foils used as barrier layers in flexible packaging to provide protection against moisture, oxygen, and light.

  • Paper: Various grades of paper including coated, uncoated, kraft, and specialty papers used as substrates or outer layers in flexible packaging.

  • Laminates: Multi-layered materials combining different substrates such as paper, plastic films, and foils to create flexible packaging structures with barrier properties and enhanced strength.

  • Adhesive Coatings: Solventless adhesive coatings used to bond layers of substrate materials together in the lamination process without the use of solvents.

  • Specialty Films: Specialty films with properties such as high barrier, anti-static, or anti-fog used in specific packaging applications such as food packaging or medical packaging.
